Custom Made Products

All our Spotify keychains are custom-made and personalized to your order, based on the song title and artist you provide.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started.

Under EU consumer law, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a suitable solution, such as:

• A replacement
• A refund
• Or another appropriate resolution

To process your request, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Order Responsibility

Please make sure all personalization details (song title, artist, and quantity) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
