We sell custom-made products that are personalized based on the song title and artist provided by the customer.

Because each product is made to order, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade/custom process.

Order Process

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide (including song title and artist) is accurate
  • You understand the product is custom-made specifically for you
  • You agree that production may begin immediately after purchase

Personalized Items

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

As stated in EU consumer law, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [EUR] unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to high demand or external shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect production caused by us

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before purchase. We are not liable for errors made by the customer.
